💪 In May, North America’s Building Trades Unions and Ørsted signed a historic Project Labor Agreement that expands domestic energy production and ensures good-paying jobs in the offshore wind industry — all built by an American union workforce.

🔬 The bipartisan CHIPS and Science Act will reinvigorate American manufacturing and strengthen domestic supply chains — and create thousands of good-paying construction jobs.

⚡️ The Inflation Reduction Act will create millions of jobs while making the necessary investments to combat climate change. It expands core labor standards by requiring prevailing wages on projects funded by $300B in clean energy tax credits.

🧑‍🏭 2022 marked 85 years since the National Apprenticeship Act was signed. This historic act paved the way for our gold-standard Registered Apprenticeship training model that sets up millions for family-sustaining careers.
